Présélection des fournisseurs pour les travaux de génie civil

1. INTRODUCTION :
1.1. Le présent appel à manifestation d'intérêt a pour objet de présélectionner les fournisseurs qui participeront à l'appel d'offres pour les travaux de génie civil qui comprendront l'élargissement d'un pont existant, l'élévation de la route et la barrière en béton.
1.2. Les fournisseurs intéressés doivent manifester leur intérêt en remplissant et en soumettant le document obligatoire accompagné d’informations substantielles :
- Une manifestation d'intérêt dont le modèle est joint à l'annexe 1.
- Une identification du fournisseur, dont le modèle est joint à l'annexe 2.
- Une liste des clients auxquels le soumissionnaire a fourni avec succès des services similaires et une brève description du service fourni, y compris les références et les coordonnées de ces clients.
- Une attestation certifiant que le soumissionnaire est en règle avec les institutions gouvernementales et quasi-gouvernementales appropriées, telles que l'administration fiscale et le ministère du travail de la République démocratique du Congo.
- Le certificat de l'ARSP ou tout autre document pertinent prouvant votre conformité à l'ARSP.
- Si vous êtes une société étrangère, veuillez indiquer l'entité locale de la RDC avec laquelle vous avez l'intention de vous associer pour ce projet.
- Toute autorisation, certificat ou autre document qui vous donne la capacité de fournir des travaux de génie civil.

CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

1. INTRODUCTION:
1.1. The purpose of this Call for Expressions of Interest is to preselect suppliers who shall participate to the call of tender for the civil work activities which shall entails the widening of an existing bridge, the road elevation and the concrete barrier.
1.2. Interested suppliers should express their interest by completing and submitting the following mandatory document with substantial information:
- An Expression of Interest for which template is attached hereto as Annex 1.
- A Supplier’s identification for which template is attached hereto as Annex 2.
- List of clients to which the bidder has successfully delivered similar services and a short description of the service provided, including references and contact details of these clients.
- Certification that the tenderer is in good standing with the appropriate government and quasi government institutions such as the revenue service and the department of labour of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
- The ARSP certificate or any other relevant document proving your compliance to the ARSP.
- Should you be a foreign company, kindly indicate which local DRC entity you intend to partener with for this project.
- Any authorization, certification or other relevant document which gives you the ability to provide civil works.
