EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR
RFQ – 10813 – Fuel Management System
1. INTRODUCTION:
1.1. The purpose of this Call for Expression of Interest is to select suppliers which will participate in a tender to provide a fuel management system for Kamoa Copper SA. The Service Provider will have to provide a fuel management system to control and monitor fuel deliveries and fuel consumption on Kamoa Camp, Kansoko, Kakula North&South as well as the consumption of lubricants.
1.2. Interested suppliers should express their interest by completing and submitting:
1.2.1. An Expression of Interest, a template which is attached hereto as Annex 1.
1.2.2. Supplier’s identification, a template which is attached hereto as Annex 2.
1.2.3. List of clients to which the Bidder has successfully delivered similar services and a short description of the service provided, including references and contact details of these clients.
1.2.4. Certification that the Tenderer is in good standing with the appropriate government and quasi government institutions. Documentation to be provided:
1.2.4.1. RCCM,
1.2.4.2. NIF,
1.2.4.3. ARSP
1.2.4.4. etc…
